Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a metallic foil package having a gas permeable vent part by forming by fitting a gas permeable film to a vent opening part of the package. SOLUTION: Deposited upper metallic foil members 100 before the cutting are stored in an upper metallic foil member storage hopper 10, the highest metallic foil member 100 is shifted once on an individual plate 80 using a transfer bar 50 having suction cup members 60, 70, and placed on a plate member 140 at an end part of a vacuum belt 130. The metallic foil member 100 on the plate member 140 is sent to a hole slot station, and a vent part slot 104 and an arrangement hole 105 are punched by advancing a circular die 152 and a square die 154 in a die punch 150 downward. Then, the metallic foil member is sent to a barrier supply station, and the slot 104 is covered by a barrier member 230 sent from a cutting station, and the barrier member 230 is successively sealed by a heating die 240.
