Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a charging-type battery caused by unsuitable charge. SOLUTION: A control device 7 arranged in a battery operation type device or a battery pack is used for controlling the charge and discharge cycle of a couple of a charging-type batteries 6a, 6b. The control device 7 decides whether either of the batteries 6a, 6b is charged less than the other. When the battery is not completely discharged, the control device 7 allows that power be led out from the selected battery, until it is completely discharged. The control device 7 allows the other battery to be consumed. When the batteries 6a, 6b are put on a charger, the control device 7 allows only the completely discharged battery to be charged. Thereby a completely charging and discharging cycle only is conducted, so that the service life of a battery is maximized.
