Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save an installation space in a lengthwise direction of a circuit breaker and prevent any malfunction of an operating handle due to an unexpected external force. SOLUTION: In a circuit breaker in which a grip 3a of an operating handle 3 for operationally turning a switch mechanism protrudes from a cover 2 made of a mold resin, a guide grove 2b is provided for shortening the length of the grip 3a and guiding a finger tip, which operates the grip 3a, along a moving direction of the grip 3a at the front surface of the cover 2. The grip 3a is contained inside the guide groove 2b. The guide groove 2b can prevent the finger tip from being coming off out of the grip 3a. Since the grip 3a is more remarkably shortened than the prior art, thereby saving an installation space in a lengthwise direction of the circuit breaker. Furthermore, since the grip 3a is contained inside the guide groove 2b, a risk of causing malfunction by accidentally touching the grip 3a. |
