RESERVED DISTRIBUTION METHOD AND DISTRIBUTED SIDE DEVICE AND RECEIVING TERMINAL AND RESERVED DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution service for strictly guaranteeing the communicating time of information to a user. SOLUTION: A distributing side constituted of an IP(information provider) server W and a gateway server GWS of only the gateway server GWS transmits a communicating time being a time for communicating an electronic mail text to a user being the destination of the incoming of an electronic mail and the electronic mail text by making them correspond to each other. A mobile device MS at a reception side receives the communicating time and the electronic mail text transmitted from the distribution side, and controls the start of processing using the electronic mail text (for example, the display processing of the electronic mail text) based on the communicating time and the present time. Thus, any processing using the electronic mail text can not be operated until the communicating time, or processing using the electronic mail text can be started at the communicating time.
