Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal insulation and effectively suppress moisture penetration from an nonwoven fabric layer into an insulation layer by adhering an insulation layer to the side of working surface of building frame, and adhering a nonwoven fabric layer to the surface of the insulation layer, so as to effectively suppress defects such as swelling even if the work is carried out on the surface of a rooftop concrete frame of a building used for many years. SOLUTION: Interface between a foamed polyethylene sheet 2 and a polypropylene fiber-made nonwoven fabric 3 is adhered by thermal melting of a melting type polyolefine film. At first, a water-resistant epoxy resin-based adhesive 4 is coated to the surface of a concrete framing body 5, then work is carried out to adhere the side of the polypropylene-fibered nonwoven fabric 3 of a ventilating insulating waterproof sheet to the top of the adhesive 4. The work done by the waterproof sheet has a polypropylene-fibered nonwoven fabric layer 3 of the ventilating insulating waterproof sheet between the valcanized ethylene/propyle/diene-based rubber sheet layer 1 and the concrete framing surface, and even there is moisture inside the concrete framing body 5, the defect such as swelling of the ventilating insulating waterproof sheet does not occur. |
