METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR REMOVING BACTERIAL FROM AND FILLING LIQUID GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill liquid gas such as liquid nitrogen after removing bacteria and sterilizing into a container, and to highly sterilize a positive pressured can. SOLUTION: At the bottom end of a liquid gas supply pipe 8 in a liquid gas storage tank 1, filter equipment 10 which filters quite accurately and resists high/low temperatures is positioned. The gas supply pipe is joined to a liquid gas supply source and also to a high temperature gas supply source in a switchable manner. By supplying 140 deg.C-220 deg.C high temperature gas into the storage tank 1 through the filter equipment 10, the liquid gas storage tank inside and the filter equipment are sterilized, and also by the filter equipment 10 liquid gas can be processed for bacteria removal. Steam sterilization instead of high temperature gas sterilization is also possible. In this case, moisture in the equipment is removed by dry gas after steam sterilization.
