Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance a boat toward the bow before a rower of oars, by scratching water from the bow to the stern of the boat by means of the water scratch oars in water out of the boat and through a water-scratch-direction inverting device, when the handle portion of the oar in the oat is pulled toward this side. SOLUTION: When a handle portion 31 of an oar on a boat is moved, a gear 32 in a water-scratch-direction inverting device 30 rotates about the fulcrum. Interlocking the rotation, a gear 33 inversely rotates about the fulcrum to move a water scratch portion 34 to progress a boat. Because a gear box 35 is mounted to a seesaw bearing 36, the handle portion 31 and the water scratch portion 34 of the oar can move vertically. The handle portion 31 of the oar grabbed by a rower and the water scratch portion 34 in water are arranged through the gear-type water-scratch-direction inverting device 30. Rowing force can be transmitted to the water scratch portion without waste owing to this engagement of the gear. |
