Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a partial curing fault, a surface bulge or a non-gloss phenomenon or the like of a pattern periphery when molded by laminating a film in which air bleeding holes are perforated on a surface of a patterned resin- impregnated nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) press molding patterned sheet A is laminated with a molding material 7, and an FRP molding having a pattern is press molded. This sheet A is constituted by laminating a film 2 on a surface of a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric 1 patterned by printing. Here, the film 2 is made of a synthetic resin such as a polypropylene, a polyethylene or the like, and many air bleeding holes 4 are perforate at the film at a predetermined interval. A size of the film 2 is slightly larger than that of the fabric 1. Thus, a partial curing fault, a surface bulge or a non-gloss part of a pattern periphery can be prevented. |
