MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATION INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a doctor to use a single operation instrument having a function as a hemostatic forceps and the other functions in combination by providing a catheter, a bipolar hemostatic forceps assembly, a fitting member and an operation tool, and fitting the operation tool to the distal end of the fitting member. SOLUTION: An operation instrument 100 has a bipolar hemostatic forceps assembly 110, a douche assembly 130 and an injection needle assembly 150. The bipolar hemostatic forceps assembly 110 has an RF terminal 112, an electric conductor 114 and a bipolar electrode assembly 20 at the distal end. The bipolar electrode assembly 120 is capable of treating a person with hemostatic forceps. The douche assembly 130 is so constructed that a douche liquid passes through a catheter main shaft 108 to be delivered to a region in the body of a patient through an intermediate pipe at the distal end. With the injection needle assembly 150, an injection is delivered to a patient through an injection needle 152 and the injection needle 152 can be moved at the distal end.
