SOLID-STATE IMAGE PICKUP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device capable of being miniaturized and suppressing the discoloration of a color filter by providing an actuator driving part for matching the focus of a lens with the light receiving surface of a solid-state image pickup element when video images are required and shifting the focus of the lens off the light receiving surface at the time other than the time when image pickup is required or the like. SOLUTION: This solid-state image pickup device is composed mainly of an image pickup element driving circuit 10 for supplying a driving timing to the solid-state image pickup element 1, an A/D conversion circuit 11 for converting analog signals outputted from the solid-state image pickup element 1 to digital signals, a video signal processing circuit 12 for converting the digital signals from the A/D conversion circuit 11 to the video signals of a prescribed form and a video display device 14 for projecting the video images of an object through a video signal output circuit 13. Then, the actuator driving part 15 is a part for driving an electric type actuator 3 for a prescribed displacement amount, drives it when electricity is inputted from a power source circuit 16 and matches the focus of the lens with the light receiving surface of the solid- state image pickup element 1.
