PORTABLE TELEPHONE SYSTEM/METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone system and method with time designation/automatic recording function, realizing restoration of release or setting in a time unit when a user himself operates an automatic recording function. SOLUTION: An automatic recording function block 14 has a message recording memory 18 recording communication data from an incoming call control part 12, state data 20 storing whether the present recording state of a mobile machine is set or released, a registration data memory 22 into which a user stores data on the setting or releasing of automatic recording and an automatic recording control part 24 storing, retrieving and controlling information on the message recording memory 18, state data 20 and the registration data memory 22. A function for designating the time of the setting or release of the automatic recording function for each day of the week is installed. When the user himself executes the setting or release operation of the automatic recording function, restoration of release or setting can be executed in the time unit.
