INFORMATION RECORDING METHOD, INFORMATION RECORDING DISK AND INFORMATION RECORDING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record visual information without inhibiting recording and reproducing of main information on the recording face of the main information of a recording medium which has tracks to record the main information and guides functioning as guide grooves arranged between the tracks. SOLUTION: The main information to be optically recorded is recorded in a track recording layer 14 through a transparent plastic layer 5. A track reflecting layer 13 is used to reflect the light when the main information is recorded and reproduced. The visual information which can be visually identified is recorded by printing letters and/or images on a guide recording layer 12. A guide reflecting layer 11 is used to reflect normal light which transmits through the plastic layer 5 and guide recording layer 12. The guide recording layer 12 consists of a material which changes its transmittance when the layer is irradiated with light of a specified frequency.
