INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the illegal use of an information recording medium by extracting identification information and data of the number of using times recorded in the information recording medium whenever the information recording medium is used and updating the number of its using times and writing the information in the recording medium so as to judge it to be abnormal when the extracted number of the using times and the written number of the using times are not consecutive. SOLUTION: When an SF card is used (enters) at an automatic ticket examining device (a), the ID of the SF card and data on the number of the using times of the SF card are stored in the storing part of a center device 1 through a station controller 3 and a communication control part 2. In addition, data on the number of using times obtained by adding 1 to the number of the using times is written at the prescribed position of the SF card to be returned. The device 1 executes collating processing with the ID of a stored ticket whenever the ID of the ticket and data on the number of its using times are stored. When the received number of the using times of the SF card is not consecutive, abnormality processing which rejecting entering and leaving at each station can be executed.
