Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve picture quality by minimizing the crosstalk between the adjacent data driving electrodes of plasma address liquid crystal(PALC) panel. SOLUTION: This panel is provided with channel substrate assemblies 2, 4 and 6 and upside substrate assemblies 10, 12, 14 and 16. The upside substrate assembly has an upside transparent substrate 14 and plural practically parallel and transparent strip-shaped data driving electrodes 12 stuck to this upside substrate. The data driving electrode has practically uniform width W and practically uniformly separates from the respective adjacent data driving electrodes. The distance between two adjacent data driving electrodes is settled within the range from about 0.28 times to about 0.47 times width of the data driving electrode.
