SOLUTION: The facility is provided with an air intake 9a and an exhaust 9b on one side and the other side so as to naturally circulate the air, a cask storage room 8 for storing casks 3, a stuck 18 exhausting high the air in the cask storage room 8 and a carriage crane 20 movably provided avoiding the stuck 18 in the upper position in the cask storage room 8 and carry in and out the casks 3 from and to an arbitrary location in the cask storage room 8.
