Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb impact stress through a metal frame structure without crushing ceramic by composing a ceramic layer of a large number of ceramic elements embedded in the air gap of a grid like metal frame structure. SOLUTION: A fire grate comprises a row of fire grate rods arranged in parallel. The fire grate is set in a refuse incinerator where refuse is carried through a combustion chamber through motion of the fire grate rods. Primary air conducted through the fire grate is used for cooling the fire grate rods at first and then incinerating refuse. A metal frame structure 4 is filled with ceramic elements 5. The metal frame structure 4 forms an air gap 6 extending in the longitudinal direction of the fire grate rods and the air gap 6 is filled with the ceramic elements 5. According to the structure, the metal frame structure absorbs impact stress to prevent ceramic from being crushed. |
