Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conserve the air permeability of a gas when it leaks from a transport pipe by laying permeability assisting members which aid the flow of a gas between a transport pipe and ground surface, between the upper part of the transport pipe and the ground surface along the laid pipeline of the gas transport pipe. SOLUTION: A trench is excavated from ground surface, a gas transport pipe 1 such as a gas pipe is laid in the trench, and the gas pipe 1 is laid inground with fluidized treated soil 2 made by mixing water and a solidifying agent added to sediment. In this case, a plurality of rod-shaped, rope-shaped, pipe-shaped or other permeability assisting members are laid between the gas pipe 1 and ground surface 7 for assisting the flow of the gas between the gas pipe 1 and the ground surface 7. By doing this, even if a gas leaks from the gas pipe 1, then the leaked gas moves through the permeability assisting members 8 and spreads above the ground directly above the point of leakage. Also, when the permeability assisting members are laid with certain intervals, then the gas concentration is measured at a plurality of points on the ground surface and the point of leakage can be determined. In this way, the permeability of the fluidized treated soil 2 can be conserved by laying the permeability assisting members 8 between the gas transport pipe 1 and ground surface 7.
