Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction roll smoothly changing the destination in releasing the suction in the suction roll carrying sheet materials while sucking them and provide a film carrier, and a film manufacturing device and method using this suction roll. SOLUTION: This paper presents a suction roll 1 provided with annular suction parts 3 having suction holes 2 arranged circumferentially and annular grooves 4 having no suction hole 2 alternately arranged in a roll outer circumferential face in the roll shaft direction, a film carrier provided with a guide plate 13 having insertion parts 12 inserted into the grooves 4 of the suction roll 1, and a film manufacturing device and method using this carrier.
