MANUFACTURE OF DECORATION BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render a decoration board with a high designing property manufacturable in a few processes by forming a clear layer on a separation film in use of clear paint, and thereafter forming a pattern layer on the clear, and further sticking a decoration board pattern sheet on a base material after providing an adhesive layer on the pattern layer. SOLUTION: When a decoration board is manufactured, after a UV ray curable resin-containing clear paint is applied on a transparent PET film 1 fed from a PET film roll 1a by the use of a die-coater 2; then it is dried in a hot air drying furnace 3, thereby forming a clear layer on the PET film 1. Next, pattern-formed transfer foil 4a is placed on the PET film 1, and the pattern is transferred on the clear layer by a transfer roll 4 in order to form a pattern layer. Furthermore, after a polyurethane resin adhesive is applied by a die coater 5 thereon, it is dried in a hot air drying furnace 6 so as to obtain a decoration pattern sheet. Also, an adhesive layer surface of the pattern sheet is superimposed on a slate board 9 to next be stuck by a laminator 7 before finishing goods.
