Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make soil such as refuge hard to stick, and at the same time, increase the detecting precision by attaching a pressure sensor to detect a liquid amount in a container to a communicating section, and at the same time, constituting the pressure sensor in such a manner that the pressure sensing section of the pressure sensor may face to a liquid path in the communicating section. SOLUTION: To a flow-out port 4 which is provided on the bottom surface section of an internal container 2, one end of a flexible tube 5 as a communicating section, is connected, and the other end is connected to the lower end of a lifting pipe 6. The tube 5 has an inlet 11, an outlet 12 and a detecting port 13, and a pressure sensor 14 as a detecting sensor is fitted in the detecting port 13. On the pressure sensor 14, an opening 16 which is connected to the detecting port 13, is provided, and on the internal side of the opening 16, a diaphragm 17 as a pressure sensing section is vertically fitted in such a manner that the sensing surface may be located within the vertical surface. Since a liquid passes the liquid path in the tube 5 when water is fed, and hot water is discharged, the section of the diaphragm 17 is exposed to the flow of the liquid, and also, the surface of the diaphragm 17 is located within the vertical surface, refuge or the like can be prevented from sticking.
