WHEAT NOODLE FOR SPORTSMAN RICH IN STAMINA NUTRIENT OF NATURAL MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce sports wheat noodles used as an energy source for raising concentration power, instantaneous power and endurance by a sports player before a game, excellent in digestion and absorption and capable of developing the stamina rich in a natural material by handmade production of noodles. SOLUTION: A wheat flour is mixed with all of sun-dried salt, fine powdery brown rice and a powder of fishes or an aqueous solution of active ions containing an extract of the fishes extracted with active ion water and an extract of seaweeds extracted with the active ion water and kneaded to afford noodles according to a usual method. Thereby, wheat noodles for sportsmen rich in stamina nutrient of the natural material are produced. The stamina sports wheat noodles of the natural material have all the nutrients indispensable to sports players and high digestion and absorption and are capable of providing functional effects quickly cookable before the game.
