Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively transport living fishes and shells to the destination at a low cost without suffocation of them, even when the transportation would take a little longer time, or in the case that they would be allowed to stay for more than 24 hours for food Quarantine. SOLUTION: Oxygen carriers of high oxygen solubility are attached to the gills (2) of living fishes, for example, living crabs or living lobsters, then they are packed in prescribed vessels and transported or living fishes or shells are dipped in a mixed aqueous solution of the oxygen carrier and transported. Thus, during the transportation, a large amount of oxygen is fed to the fishes by this oxygen carrier and the suffocation is reduced and their mortality is reduced, even when the transportation time is a little prolonged. |
