METHOD AND STRUCTURE FOR FIXING TERMINALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a structure for fixing a terminal, when air cooling is required and for a heat sink and a chassis which require thickness and have a large amount of heat dissipation, decreases processing man-hours and cuts cost by decreasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A part which leads to a middle of a plate material from one side of a plate material or a recessed part which leads to the other side is formed in one plate surface of a plate material, which becomes a chassis or a heat sink 1. A part, wherein a recessed part is formed is bent so that a recessed part is inside, is made a corner part, and at the same time, a recessed part is formed by bending as a terminal fixing part 1a whose inner opening part is narrower than an inner part. A terminal is fixed to a chassis or the heat sink 1 by force-fitting a terminal 9 to the terminal fixing part 1a from the one plate surface side.
