Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having stable ventilation performance independently of the direction and strength of the outside wind and requiring no strong roof frame for an exhaust facility. SOLUTION: When the outside wind flows along the surface of a front outside air inducing plate 34 forming a windshield body 30, openings 32 are made a negative pressure, and large suction force is applied near the openings 32, thereby the indoor air is exhausted to the outside from exhaust ports 16 through the openings 32. Since the indoor air is continuously exhausted by the sucking action from the openings 32, a large circulation current is generated in a room, the circulation current accelerates a high-temperature ascending air current at the center section in the room, and ventilation in a building 10 is promoted.
