Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof construction method excellent in the installation workability of a jack. SOLUTION: A roof section 5 is assembled at a low position, one-end sections of bent beams 16 are connected to the periphery of the roof section 5, and the other sections are connected to fixed sections 4. The roof section 5 is lifted to the predetermined position while the beams 16 are extended via first jacks 17 installed on the ground, then the beams 16 are extended to the prescribed attitude via second jacks 18 provided on the beams 16. The roof section 5 is thus lifted to the prescribed position, and the roof section 5 is supported on the fixed sections 4 via the beams 16.
