PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bloodstream promoter capable of improving metabolic disorders in local tissues due to the lowering of a peripheral bloodstream and manifesting excellent bloodstream promoting effects and excellent in feeling of use with only slight problems about use such as an odor or irritation. SOLUTION: This bloodstream promoter contains at least one kind selected from benzoic acid, an alkali metal salt of the benzoic acid, benzaldehyde, cuminaldehyde, myrtenal and hydroxycitronellal as an active ingredient.
