SOLUTION: A resin press felt 44 made of the material harder than a general part 36A of a seat pad 36 and for guiding an air bag body 28 in the predetermined direction while being deformed by the expansion pressure of the air bag body 28 is arranged in a front side extension part 38A of a felt 38 extended to a door side from a flange 18A of a side frame 18 of a seat back frame. A door side part 44A of the resin press felt 44 is arranged in front of the air bag body 28, and an inside part 44B of the resin press felt 44 in the cross direction thereof is overlapped with the flange part 18A of the side frame 18 by the predetermined quantity.
