MANUFACTURE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transparency by integrally molding a thin tape, a thin film with a thick layer. SOLUTION: A desired character or a design is printed on one surface of a synthetic resin tape. A tape passing between a feeding roll and a winding roll is extended under tension so as to apply a tension necessary for sufficient to hold its horizontal transfer. An extruding port of an extrusion mold is opposed at a position slightly separated from the feeding roll toward an advancing direction of the tape fed from the feeding roll and toward a printed surface of the tape. A synthetic resin capable for forming a melted transparent layer regulate to a suitable temperature is extruded and laminated from the port of the mold according to the transfer speed of feeding the tape.
