Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the longitudinal balance of the gravity center of a sulky rice transplanter. SOLUTION: This transmission case arranging structure of a sulky rice transplanter is obtained by disposing a transmission case 5 below an engine 2 so that at least one part of the transmission case is vertically overlapped with the engine, disposing the front end of the transmission case 5 at a place behind a front wheel virtual tangential line binding the front end of the frame to the front side ends of the front wheels, covering the engine 2 with a hood, and forming the front wall of the hood in an about quarter circular shape which is forward and downward inclined and forward swollen on the side view.
