SOLUTION: A medium 11 is coated with a viscid agent, an ultraviolet setting type adhesive is drained on its surface 11, an ultraviolet ray is irradiated to harden the ultraviolet setting adhesive, thereby forming nonviscid part 12, a first conductive powder 14 is sown over viscid part 33 and adhered to form an electric pattern, extra parts of the first conductor 14 not adhered to the viscid part are removed, an insulation layer is formed on the electronic circuit pattern formed by the powder 14, an ultraviolet setting type adhesive 35 is drained on the insulation layer, a second conductive powder 37 is adhered to the drained ultraviolet setting type adhesive 35 and a second layer electronic circuit pattern is completed.
