Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effects of external noises by arranging a front end amplifier and a FPC in a position held between a conductive base and a conductive cover, coating one side of a part or the whole of gaps in the conductive cover with an adhesive material from the outside and clogging up the gaps with at least an integrated conductive material which is bent plural number of times. SOLUTION: External noises are generated from a coil of a power source of a PC, an FPC connected to an IDE I/F, a PCB of the PC side or the like, pass through an external noise path 11 between a cover 1 and a base 2, and infiltrate into the inner part of an HDD. A gap-shielding seal 7 therefor is a thin conductive foil, made of aluminum or copper or the like and brought into close contact with the cover 1 and the base 2 with an adhesive. The shielding seal 7 is bent at a first band 9 in the corner of the cover 1 and a second bend 10 in the corner of the base 2 and is elongated to extend the infiltrating path of the external noises. The height of the infiltrating path of the external noises is kept low, by bringing the thin foil close contact with the cover and the base with the thin coated adhesive.
