Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered hard alloy that improvement of service life is attained by further adding lubricity and resistance to sticking by melting to alloy characteristics, such as high hardness, high toughness, wear resistance, thermal shock resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, and plastic deformation resistance. SOLUTION: This sintered hard alloy is constituted by incorporating a material to be dispersed, consisting of one or more kinds among rare earth elements including Sc and Y and a sulfur element, or a material to be dispersed, consisting of one or more kinds among rare earth elements including Sc and Y, a sulfur element, and an oxygen element, into a sintered hard alloy which has a composition consisting of 5-30 vol.% of binding phase composed essentially of iron group metal and the balance composed essentially of hard phase of at least one selected from the carbides, nitrides, carbonitrides, carbon oxides, and carbonitroxides of the group IVa, Va, and VIa metals of the periodic table and mutual solid solutions thereof, by 0.1 to 10 vol.% based on the whole of sintered hard alloy. |
