Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new antibody useful for prophylaxis or therapy of disease or symptom accompanying growing worse of synthesis and secretion of PTH such as primary hyperparathyroidism or the like having reactivity to human parathormone(PTH) or its part, complication of the prescribed disease such as acromegalia or the like, or hypercalcemia accompanied the growing worse of secretion of the PTH, free from side effects. SOLUTION: This antibody is a monoclonal antibody or its part having reactivity to PTH or its part. This antibody is obtained, for example, immunizing the PTH to a transgenic mammal excluding human which is genetically- engineered to product a human antibody, obtaining a hybridoma from the antibody-forming cell and myeloma cell of the immunized animal, cloning the hybridoma, selecting a clone producing the subject antibody and setting the clone produce the antibody. A transgenic human antibody producing mouse is preferred as the prescribed transgenic mammal excluding human.
