Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft pouch stopper used for storing an oral food, an enteral food, a fruit juice or the like, provided with incorrect unsealing prevention function and superior sealing properties, for which reopening can be carried out by a single hand operation and fear of losing or missing a cap section is not generated. SOLUTION: A plastic stopper 1 is provided with a cylindrical spout section 20 having an extracting hole 22 formed on its end and having packing material attaching sections 30 and also having a cylindrical cap section 10 so formed as to cover the extracting hole 22 by its head through a half-cut virgin sealing section 12, and posts 50 are formed across a cylindrical spout section 20 on the packing material attaching sections 30, and the ends of both posts 50 are connected with almost intermediate sections of outer peripheral face of the cylindrical cap section 10 by almost bar-shaped connecting sections 52 horizontally through twisting sections 54.
