MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR HIGHLY FLAT MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a constant stable temperature in response to disturbance of temperature even during operation, by mounting a temperature adjusting device in a box for storing a motor, a reduction gear, and the lower part of a surface plate, or its outside. SOLUTION: A device body box 7 stores a driving motor 8, a reduction gear 9, and a lower surface plate 2. An atmosphere temperature detector 11 is installed under the lower surface plate 2. A heat-pump-type temperature controller 10 that blows cold wind/hot wind is not especially restricted, namely may be installed adjacent to the device body box 7 or in the box 7, or may be a type where hot wind is introduced from a central temperature controlling device through a duct. The temperature controller 10 may be a type where it detects temperature with the atmosphere temperature detector 11 in the box 7 and controls a blowing off temperature. Thus, if this device is operated at an adequate time before the operaton of the device, the temperature of the lower disk 2 can be kept at a saturation temperature at a starting time of the operation of the device.
