Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspecting method not requiring a torque sensor connected to the element of an assembly. SOLUTION: In this inspecting method, a motor current is fed to a servo motor 11 to measure the process of the torque fed to the servo motor 11 as the function of the control position of an adjusting element (throttle valve) 14 without requiring to be mechanically coupled with an assembly 10. The motor current is controlled to make the control operation of the adjusting element 14 according to the prescribed process, the motor current is measured to determine the torque fed to each control position of the adjusting element 14, and the functional relation between the torque and the control position of the adjusting element 14 is compared with the target functional relation to detect the error in the assembly 10. |
