Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a package which is excellent in water solubility and keeps flexibility by packaging medicine with a moisture content within a specific range in a water-soluble film comprising polyvinyl alcohol. SOLUTION: Medicine with a moisture content of 0.5 to 20 wt.% is packaged in a water-soluble film comprising polyvinyl alcohol. By blending water into the medicine to attain a moisture content of 0.5 to 20 wt.%, the polyvinylalcohol- based water-soluble film packaging the medicine keeps flexibility, so that the package may not be cracked or torn off during storage, transportation and use, obtaining a package excellent in shock-resistance. Since the medicine contains water, equilibrium is obtained with a constant moisture percentage between the medicine and the water-soluble film of the medicine package to keep a constant moisture constant in the water-soluble film, thereby always keeping flexibility of the film.
