SOLUTION: In a local oscillation circuit 87a and the reception circuit including the local oscillation circuit 87a, the local oscillation circuit 87a is provided with a crystal oscillation circuit section 10 that generates an output voltage with a fixed frequency and also with an interface section 20 that uses a signal obtained by converting the output voltage 11 of the crystal oscillation circuit section 10 into a current for a local oscillation signal that is to be mixed with a reception signal from an antenna 81.
