PRESSURE DEVELOPING DEVICE AND RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a pressure developing device that a medium can be pressured with uniform developing pressure by using an inexpensive straight roller which can be easily processed. SOLUTION: Two of the straight metal-made upper and lower rollers 31a and 31b are arranged above and below while being orthgonally crossed at a center so as to form a fine angle. The rollers 31a and 31b are brought into contact with each other at the intersection of the center and a gap gradually becoming larger as it is separated toward both ends from the intersection is formed between them. Therefore, the same state as a crowned roller is obtained. When both ends of the upper roller 31a are pressured on this condition, the almost uniform developing pressure is obtained extending over all roller length from the center to both ends. Besides, this pressure developing device 30 is constituted so that uniform pressure distribution can be obtained at the whole of the roller at a pressuring time by adjusting the amount of the gap by changing the fine angle without changing the roller according as pressure force is changed by the change of specification and the like.
