Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the yield of a transmitted light quantity adjusting means excellent and to reduce cost by alternately arranging an ND filter sheet and an ND filter holding member. SOLUTION: The transmitted light quantity adjusting means 1 is constituted of the ND filter holding member 2 and the ND filter sheets 3s and 31 attached to both surface sides of the member 2. In such a case, the sheets 3s and 31 and the member 2 are alternately arranged. The sheets 3s and 31 have the same transmissivity, and one sheet 31 is formed to be large, and the other sheet 3s is formed to be small. Then, the large sheet 31 is attached to cover over nearly the entire surface of a notch B formed on the member 2, and the small sheet 3s is attached to cover over nearly the lower half of the notch 4. The sheets 3s and 31 are stuck to the lower edge of the notch 4 of the member 2 with adhesive. Therefore, many areas having different transmissivity need not be formed on one transparent plate.
