Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sublimation preventive cooling body capable of practically preventing the sublimation reduction of ice filled in an ice condenser, its production method, and an ice condenser using the sublimation preventive cooling body. SOLUTION: This sublimation preventive cooling body consists of block ice 32 formed in block in the ice condenser placed in a container wherein steam jets and is full at an anomaly time and condensing the steam. The block ice 32 is constituted of a block ice body 32b formed of a columnar molding including borax, a bonding material spread or adhered to the outer circumference of this main body, having a higher freezing point than the block ice body, and water soluble polymer film stuck via the contacting material.
