Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-circuit testing device for power equipment which can dispense with the conventional phase detector coupled with a short-circuiting generator, and in addition, can obtain phase detecting signals corresponding to the subject matters of tests. SOLUTION: A short-circuit testing device detects the output voltage of a short-circuiting generator, by means of a voltage detector 5B and the phase at zero-voltage point of the generator from the detected voltage by means of a phase detecting circuit 5A and obtains the opening/throwing-in timing signal of each switch at a sequence timer 4A on the basis of the phase at zero- voltage point. The phase detecting circuit 5A contains a configuration that can switch detected phases separately for the positive and negative polarities of the output voltage of the generator and another configuration that can switch the detected phases separately for the three phases of the generator. |
