Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a material to be treated. SOLUTION: An air flow treating apparatus for treating a material (work) W to be treated by hot air or the like while moving the material W has a housing 10, a conveyor 20, an upper side chamber 30, and a lower side chamber 40. The conveyor 20 has air permeability and moves the material W in the state for mounting the material W in the housing 10. The chambers 30, 40 are provided above and below the conveyor 20. The chambers 30, 40 have a plurality of upper side air injection units 31 and lower side air injection units 41 for injecting cold air toward the conveyor 20. The units 31, 41 are respectively formed with pipe-like nozzles.
