Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water permeability and water draining property by bonding leg members at spaces to a mixture made by mixing rubber chips with a specified particle diameter and a thermal reactive resin in a specified quantity and embedding the same. SOLUTION: A kneaded material 4 of 50-90 wt.% of rubber chips with a particle diameter of 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm and 50-10 wt.% of a thermal reactive resin is injected into a forming mold 1, leg members 3 having a bonding surface applied with an adhesive agent are embedded at spaces 2, and heated, compressed and formed. By using a kneaded mixture of the porous chips obtained by repeating the process of solidifying a molded article obtained by forming and compressing a kneaded material of the rubber chips and thermal reactive resin and again grinding the same to be chipped one or more time with the thermal reactive resin, the water permeability is further improved. The roadbed material is laid with the leg members pointed downward in consideration of the gradient of a road and the draining direction, whereby a moderate drainage space is produced in a space up to the roadbed surface 5 to enable quick drainage.
