ASEPTIC ALLY FILLING NOZZLE HAVING STEAM BARRIER PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent completely microbes from the sliding part of a plunger from contaminating contents and decrease the rate of faulty aseptically filled- product, by providing a steam barrier part on the sliding part of the plunger connected to a filling valve for opening/closing a filling opening. SOLUTION: A barrier chamber 16 is provided on part of the sliding part of a plunger 11 connected to a filling valve 12 for opening/closing a filling opening 20. In the barrier chamber 16, a vapor passage 14 for supply and a vapor passage 15 for emission are formed to compose a steam barrier part 5. Contamination with microbes from the sliding part of the plunger 11 is prevented by leading vapor into the steam barrier part 5 and filling the barrier chamber 16 with vapor. Also, to make it possible to fill even large-solid-matter- containing contents by enlarging the filling opening 20 and the opening of the filling valve 12, the barrier chamber 16 is enlarged so that the distance the plunger 11 moves can be increased.
