Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ammonia/urea removing method capable of easily reutilizing heavy metals from incineration fly ash as resources. SOLUTION: Incineration fly ash containing heavy metal chlorides, ammonia, urea and compds. of them is collected by a dust collector and receives heat from a heating part 2 within a heating furnace 1 to be heated to 100 deg.C or higher and, by this constitution, ammonia or urea and compds. thereof contained in incineration fly ash are removed. Thereafter, the treated incineration fly ash is supplied to a process obtaining heavy metals as resources and heavy metals are recovered from the incineration fly ash.
