SOLUTION: There are a fan 12 to send out circulation air, an air blowoff port 14 mounted at the tip part of the fan 12, a drying part spot 18, located below the air blowoff port, into which a wet hand is inserted to dry it by blowing away moisture from the wet hand 16 and an air recovery port 20 which is provided on the back of the drying part spot 18 to recovery air sent out from the air blowoff port, Moreover, aside from the air recovery port, a water receiving part 22 is positioned vertically below the air blowoff port 14 to recovery the moisture alone blown away from the wet hand and an air path 26 is further provided to supply air recovered from the air recovery port to an air suction port 24 of the fan through the rear of the drying part spot.
