Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging rack of satisfactory storage and cleaning properties without exposing the wiring of illumination instruments or attachment of storage boxes attached on the lower surface side of base of the hanging rack inside a cabinet. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 1 composed of a lower plate 2 opening the upper surface and a freely detachable upper plate 3 covering the opening on the upper surface of the lower plate is attached on the bottom of a cabinet 21 of a hanging rack 20 so that a space can be formed between the lower plate 2 and the upper plate 3 in the state of covering the lower plate 2 with the upper plate 3. Then, a wiring cord 27a of an illuminating instrument 27 is passed or the attachment of storage box is installed inside the space.
