Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a toner which does not cause local transfer defects (voids or spots) produced during transfer or a failure of image reproduction due to dust in the toner in a full-color electrophotographic image forming method in which a process or primary transferring a toner image formed on an image carrying body to an endless intermediate transfer body is repeated for plural times to form overlapped images, and then the overlapped transferred images on the intermediate transfer body are secondarily transferred at a time to a transfer material, and to provide a producing method of the toner above described. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic toner is used for the full-color image forming method in which a process to primarily transfer a toner image formed on an image carrying body 19 to an intermediate transfer body is repeated for plural times to form overlapped images, and then the overlapped images on the intermediate transfer body are secondarily transferred to a transfer material at a time.
