Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously detect many colors of a marked analysed object by movingly scanning laser rays and a spectral arranged fluorescence detector during electrophoresis, and controlling the temperature of an electrophoresis separation medium. SOLUTION: Laser 66 rays are directed to an electrophoresis medium 104 through a rotary mirror 68, a telescopic lens 70, and a bending mirror 72. Laser excited fluorescent marked radiated light are collected with an aspherical collecting lens 74, passes through a laser romoving filter 76 through the circumference of the bending mirror 72, and the level of scattered laser light entering a detector is lowered. Further, the bending mirror 72 deflects the reflected light, to reduce the quantity entering the detector. The collected radiated light is made incident on a CCD 90 through a plano- convex lens 78, a slit 80, and a spectroscope 82, and the output signal is sent to an electronic computer 64 to analyse and display data. The rotary mirror 68 scans light along the width of an electrophoresis chamber, and sends response command signals to all the electrophoresis lanes. The temperature of gel is controlled by a temperature sensor fitted to a thermal transfer plate and the computer 64. |
